Operations Profitability & Productivity Model

This workshop is an intensive for performance across functional departments: Sales, Rental, Parts and Service. Managing growth, selling and capturing top-line opportunity, budgeting, right-sizing the team, understanding Currie Model expectations, breaking down silos, and managing assets are covered for each department.
 
This course is subject to a minimum enrollment of eight (8) participants. If the minimum is not met, the course may be rescheduled or canceled. Registered participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
