The Currie Distribution Model

“What does it look like when it’s right?”  This segment covers the distribution company as a whole—determining and maintaining shareholder value, the impact of the economy, and evolution of the marketplace are some of the issues faced by all dealerships of industrial equipment.  The view from the top is the first step in learning the Currie Philosophy.

High Performing Executives

The ability to create the conditions and environment for success are important characteristics of a strong leader.  Attendees will learn that successful executives possess four critical skills which enable them to lead a team through periods of transformation and growth:  Change Mastery, Interpersonal Finesse, Mental Agility and Goal Orientation.

Currie Financial Model

This portion includes understanding the Currie Financial Composite and other performance management tools.  Learn the metrics for diversification, managing risk, building wealth, and the company valuation process.

Financial Model Deeper Dive and Case Study Exercise

Case studies come from the Sample Financial Composite that was introduced on Day One.  Also included is the Currie Gap Analysis, Model Balance Sheet, Budgeting Tools, and Forecasting according to Model.

Situational Leadership

What is your personal management style?  How can you effectively diagnose a situation at your workplace?  Which leadership style should you employ for each situation?  How adaptable a manager are you?  These questions and others will be answered through the Situational Leadership Assessment tool, which includes details on analyzing the Readiness of the Follower.

Departmental Deeper Dive

Additional best practices for Model Performance in the Sales, Rental, Parts and Service Departments.  This interactive session can be tailored to the group.   This may include scripting opportunities.

Open Forum/Parking Lot items
