New Service Model tip for 2026:
We continuously look for ways to enhance the Currie Model to drive positive results for your Service Department. One such change we’re implementing is: when referring to the Currie Model for Technician Productivity numbers, we have decided to rename them to Service Department Productivity numbers. Productivity numbers such as these should apply to the ENTIRE service department.
These numbers include:
Application – Model of 85%
Efficiency – Model of 100%
Productivity – Model of 85%
