What’s the “story” of your dealership? We are an industry, much like our country, filled with cultures, perspectives, and history. And those elements shape our dreams and visions for the future.
It’s been an interesting time for Currie, as we have transitioned from a legendary owner and founder to a next-generation woman-owned company. But even more fascinating for me is witnessing incredible growth, diversity, creativity and transformations of all of you–the companies and industries served by Currie.
What’s the role of women in your company’s evolution? I’m inspired by the Mission of the Women’s Museum of California. It states exactly that which I hope for when I think about my clients. And it’s what I see them doing every day, through their experiences and stories.
The Currie Society, in Scotland, has served as the official bards of the kingdom, travelling tirelessly and bringing stories of the land throughout all of its places. The Learned Kindred of Currie are the literary artisans of Scotland. This is what we do at Currie — preserve the importance of the story. The stories of our lives are the fuel for future generations. They are the tools for succession, and the foundation for visionary advancement.
