Education and development are cultural elements of successful companies, and effective leaders. We must ask ourselves if our organization is always learning. When we stop being students, we block our own progress, and we certainly stop helping others along their paths as well. Resources for learning are everywhere. Let the internet be your channel. Libraries are playgrounds. And the most important school to attend is the one you live in. Education is right in your hands both at home and at the office. When conflicts and situations arise at your business, consider that each of them serves as a case study. Life teaches us everything we need to know about…life!
