Introductions, Agenda Review, Opening Remarks

Dealership Operational Challenge: Each participant comes prepared with an issue within their department. Currie facilitator will lead a best-practices discussion and determine solutions and strategies.

Dealership Cultural Challenge: We work with people, and with that comes a need for a well-defined and cohesive culture. Each participant comes prepared with a necessity for a redefined cultural element in their dealership. These challenges that we will discuss will likely be sensitive, so our goal is to work towards leadership and increased performance, through a safe container of visionary work.

Day Two:  11:00 am EST to 3:30 pm EST

Debrief from Day One

Each participant will record their solutions for each of the “Challenges” from Day One. Specific actions and deadlines will be established for improved performance to happen.

Leadership: The Currie facilitator will present an important topic to develop the participant’s leadership capabilities and train them to empower their own teams.
