Lauren Muscarella

Lauren Muscarella joined Currie Management Consultants Inc. in 2018 to update and rework The Currie Service Model for Service Managers book. After researching the Currie financial model and meeting with industry players from service techs to dealer principals, she developed a passion for the industry.

Lauren has over 10 years of experience in business and marketing primarily leveraging digital platforms to increase ROI, improving lead quality and volume as well as creating content (books, email marketing campaigns, video series, podcasts, and graphics). Additionally, she has a strong background in analytics. She served as Director of Marketing for two businesses where she implemented systems to substantially increase leads as well as streamline the sales process.

Lauren graduated cum laude from American University in Washington, D.C. with a double major in Marketing and Journalism and a minor in Film Production. In addition to her work experience, Lauren’s book Alice’s Law: Honor Lost Loved Ones and Finding Deeper Meaning was published by Wyatt-MacKenzie in 2015 as part of a non-profit initiative to help young adults creatively cope with loss. When she is not working, she enjoys painting, tennis, kickboxing, cooking, and the occasional big cab from Sonoma or a Sicilian varietal.
