Day 2

The Currie Financial Model

Learn the financial model used for over 50 years to drive earnings for some of the most successful generator distributors in the country.

Discussions will explain optimal:

  1. gross profit
  2. expense control
  3. asset utilization

within the four business units within your dealership: Generator Sales, Generator Service, Parts and Administrative (overhead)

Participants will gain theoretical, practical, and tactical knowledge to apply as soon as they return to the dealership to drive revenue and earnings.
