Gifted leadership.

In the deep of the night, at the darkest hour, a storm comes.  Lightening strikes with a violence that is beyond words.  Unseen winds create chaos.  Torrential rain penetrates and the streets become rivers.  During the fiercest of storms, we lose power.

This is a metaphor for the storms of life—the natural disasters, the financial crises, the personal losses, and even pandemics.  Good leaders do not lose power.  Their power comes from a different source—one that does not go out during a storm.  And good leaders become that same guiding light throughout the storms at your business.  It is darkest before the dawn, and your team is looking to you to be that daybreak that will bring others out of darkness.
