At this time, during a global pandemic, we look to our leaders for steadfast bravery. We’ve seen this before. Economies cycle. Organizations topple and the people rebuild. Good leaders have a crystal ball. Patterns, both gross and subtle, are seen by those possessing experience and wisdom. Good managers encourage, and they take courage. Opportunity is all around and those at the top can see the vista.
Remember the good news. Go with your gut. Weather the storm. It’s darkest before the dawn. This, too, shall pass.
